The Town Council for the Town of Dayton will hold a Special Meeting on Monday, April 6, 2020, beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Town Hall. The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss the emergency procedures during the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic.
SPECIAL MESSAGE TO THE PUBLIC:
Pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Orders restricting gatherings of 10 or more people, DO NOT appear in person to the April 6, 2020 Special Called Town Council Meeting or subsequent public meetings until such time as the order is lifted.
The Mayor and select Town staff will be the only persons in attendance to preside over the meeting. The remaining Council members will be participating virtually.
We will share this meeting with the public via the Zoom Meeting platform. We will not open up this special called meeting to any public comments, however, if there is something urgent that you would like the Dayton Town Council to hear, you may submit that to the email of the Clerk at firstname.lastname@example.org or call Town Hall by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, April 6, 2020 and your concern will be read aloud during the meeting.
The regularly scheduled Council Meeting will be held on Monday, April 13, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. Please submit any public comments that you would like to be heard at this meeting through the following options:

- Written Hard Copy: Hand delivered to the PAYMENT box in the Town’s drive-thru lane.

The Zoom meeting link for the Council Meetings will be included on the Meeting Agenda. The public will be allowed to listen in and may comment during the public comment portion of the regular meeting by “raising your hand” in the Zoom meeting platform.
*For comments provided in advance of the hearing, please submit them by 4:00 p.m. on April 13, 2020. Comments will be read aloud at the meeting. All normal Rules of Procedure will be followed.
