Dayton Town Council Meetings are held on the second Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. except in the event of a Holiday, when they move to the following Tuesday.
Agenda Packet and Zoom meeting information will be posted here on the Friday before a scheduled Monday meeting.
SPECIAL MESSAGE TO THE PUBLIC:
Pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Order restricting gatherings of 10 or more people, DO NOT appear in person to this Town Council Meeting or subsequent public meetings until such time as the order is lifted.
Please submit any public comments that you would like to be heard at the hearing or the meeting through the following options:

- Written Hard Copy: Hand delivered to the PAYMENT box in the Town’s drive-thru lane.
- Participate virtually through the Zoom Meeting platform:
The Zoom meeting link for the Council Meetings will be included on the Meeting Agenda. The public will be allowed to listen in and may comment during the public comment portion of the regular meeting by “raising your hand” in the Zoom meeting platform.
*Anyone wishing to comment on any agenda item for the Council Meeting is advised to submit those comments by 4:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Comments will be read aloud at the meeting. All normal Rules of Procedure will be followed.
