Dayton Town Council Meetings are held on the second Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. except in the event of a Holiday, when they move to the following Tuesday.
Agenda Packet will be posted here on the Friday before a scheduled Monday meeting.
SPECIAL MESSAGE TO THE PUBLIC:
Pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Order restricting public gatherings, this meeting will be open to the public. However, maximum occupancy of the Council Chambers will be limited to 16 audience members.
If you are unable to appear in person, please submit any public comments that you would like to be heard at the hearing or the meeting through the following options:

- Written Hard Copy: Hand delivered to the PAYMENT box in the Town’s drive-thru lane.
*Anyone wishing to comment on any agenda item for the Council Meeting is advised to submit those comments by 4:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Comments will be read aloud at the meeting. All normal Rules of Procedure will be followed.
