The Dayton Town Council and Planning Commission will hold a Joint Public Hearing to hear citizen input on the Town’s proposed new ordinance allowing short-term rentals in Town.Following the Public Hearing, the Planning Commission will discuss the proposed ordinance after hearing citizen comments and make a recommendation to Town Council.  The regular August Town Council meeting will immediately follow these meetings at 6:00 p.m.

SPECIAL MESSAGE TO THE PUBLIC:

Pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Order restricting public gatherings, this meeting will be open to the public.  However, maximum occupancy of the Council Chambers will be limited to 16 audience members.

If you are unable to appear in person, please submit any public comments that you would like to be heard at the hearing by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, August 10, 2020 through the following options:

  3. Written Hard Copy: Hand delivered to the PAYMENT box in the Town’s drive-thru lane.

*Anyone wishing to comment is advised to submit those comments by 4:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting.  Comments will be read aloud at the meeting. All normal Rules of Procedure will be followed.
