The Dayton Town Council will hold a Training Session. The purpose of this training session will be to discuss the roles and responsibilities of Council Members and conduct FOIA training. This meeting will be held virtually via Zoom.

Pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Order restricting gatherings of 10 or more people, DO NOT appear in person to this training session. The public will be invited to listen to any open sessions of this Training Session. However, portions of this meeting may be held in Closed Session pursuant to Section 2.2-3711(A)(8) of the Code of Virginia, to consult with legal counsel regarding Freedom of Information Act training.
The purpose of this meeting is to provide training to the Dayton Town Council Members. Therefore, the Council will not be hearing any public comments during this meeting. Any comments that you would like to be heard may be submitted to the Clerk and will be heard at the Regular Council Meeting scheduled for February 8, 2021.
Dayton Town Council Meetings are held on the second Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. except in the event of a Holiday, when they move to the following Tuesday.
