Dayton Town Council Meetings are held on the second Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. except in the event of a Holiday, when they move to the following Tuesday.

The Board of Zoning Appeals will meet on site at 165 Westview Street on Tuesday, April 13, 2021 at 5:00 p.m., and conclude in the Council Chambers of the Dayton Municipal Building located at 125 Eastview Street, Dayton, Virginia. The purpose of this meeting is to establish setbacks for the construction of a single-family dwelling on a non-conforming lot of record, Tax Map 107D1-(4)-L11, more commonly known as 165 Westview Street, Dayton, Virginia 22821. All interested parties are welcome to attend but must wear masks and comply with social distancing and all public safety considerations associated with the COVID-19 pandemic. If you have questions or comments that you would like for the Board to consider, please send those to the Clerk at chall@daytonva.us by 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 13, 2021.
