Notice of Joint Public Hearing with Planning Commission & Town Council on April 8 at 5:30 pm

Please take notice on Monday, April 8, 2024 at 5:30 pm the Dayton Town Council and the Planning Commission will conduct a joint public hearing concerning a Special Use Permit on behalf of Black Brother’s Painting, Inc. for tax map number 107D1-15-1A, located in the northeast corner of the intersection at Mason Street (Route 257) and Stonecroft Drive in Dayton, VA. The Special Use Permit is for the construction of a commercial building to include an office and workshop space. This lot is zoned B-1, Conditional and would require a Special Use Permit for this purpose. This meeting will be held in the Council Chambers of the Dayton Town Hall located at 125-B Eastview Street, Dayton, Virginia. Details can be found on the Town’s website: www.daytonva.us.
